School Gen
Greenhithe Primary school joined the Enviroschools Programme in late 2005 and gained a Bronze Enviroschools award in 2006 for its work towards a sustainable future.
An important part of our journey towards sustainability is the 12 solar panels installed on the roof of the school's library which provide an opportunity for the students to learn about renewable energy and provide the school with the ability to generate a portion of their electricity from a carbon neutral source.
